Trouble with my 50mm at f/1.4

I know I will get in trouble here for not posting a photo (at work now but I do have some).

Yesterday evening when taking photos for Bill I noticed my 50mm was giving a foggy ghost like effect at f/1.4. I have had this lens for awhile and am wondering if it has been dropped sometime without me knowing. I will spend more time with it next week and see exactly what is going on with it. But maybe it is time for me to throw it away and buy a new one? Will post photos once I get home tonight.

Yeah I am not happy, but always good to get new lenses ;) maybe I need to give it a good clean and not just a wipe. Will check it out again tonight. Been awhile since I used it. The 85 had no issues so am presuming something is wrong with my old well used 50mm.

Well if it were me I'd have to have a good 50mm, so I sure hope it will clean up good for ya buddy! :)

I am sure it will, I am thinking maybe it's got a film over the lens that I cannot see. Will get out my lens cleaners tonight and fix it right up ;)
