Tripods for Z50

Hi, I’m thinking about getting a tripod for my Nikon Z50, but I’m not sure what to go for. I already have one for my GoPro, but it’s very lightweight and not really suitable. When I started looking at tripod prices in the UK, I was honestly shocked at how expensive they are (probably naively!). Ideally, I’d like to spend under £100, and I’m perfectly happy to buy second‑hand. Any help would be grateful.

Tripods are one of those items that price often equals quality. Right now about $150-$200 (USD) is a sweet spot to get a decent travel tripod.

I know the Photography Online crew on Isle of Man love their Kingjoy tripods, but I have never seen one of those in the States. My travel tripod is a Three-Legged-Thing Billie tripod. Another UK brand that is manufactured in China, about double your budget I think. It would be an excellent baseline to compare against if you look up the specifications. Then try to comparison shop.

Thank for this. I have seen the Three Legged being highly recommended but being a newbie and trying not to let my budget escalate i have resisted temptation on buying one.
