Same here, although the booklet was geared more towards children so I suppose that may be the reason behind it. Still if anyone has watched the lion king, they'll know the only lion to have lived in the jungle was Simba! :p

I'm a little behind on this but I agree with using the 55-200. I took only my 18-55 a couple years ago (as that is all I had) and was very disappointed with my photos. Then I got the 55-200 and here are the results from last summer's trip to the zoo. Huge difference! My photo of the giraffe won in the Buffalo Zoo's contest and will be published in the 2014 Calendar!
