Spent an hour or so walking around my hometown this afternoon shooting just with the Tair 11A 135/2.8 since I obtained the 'correct' F adapter that allows me to focus to infinity. I wanted to spend some time with this lens to take 'er out for a test drive and see what she can do. Dam.... I was impressed. Especially considering this is a clunky 31-year-old Soviet hunk of glass. She may not look like much, but she sure can deliver! All of these shots were at f/8 (although EXIF says 2.8, but it's a preset lens so the camera is clueless as to actual aperture). I was interesting in sharpness, color rendition, distortion, but I'm just lovin' that bokeh! I can't wait to do some portraiture with it.
