Yeah, I was just joking - here, in Serbia, the authorities (Ministry of traffic and transportation etc.) organize, from time to time, the "campaigns" aiming at the careless drivers who drive while being intoxicated with alcohol. These campaigns go under the name of "Don't drive if you've been drinking" in the form of tv commercials, newspaper advertisements and live performances on the streets...
