There is always a 5% extreme. This applies to anything. Ultra right-wing, ultra left-wing, nut job Christians, violent Muslims, the KKK and Black Panthers...the list goes on and on. Sometimes these extremes make headlines with their antics. Sometimes those antics set the tone for how the rest of us perceive the whole, and stereotypes are born. Sometimes the extremes exist in the shadows. But they are always there. The worst kind of extremism is when it is passed off as the status quo, or is disguised as something else. Planned Parenthood, for example: This is a federally-funded nationwide abortion clinic, kids. It was founded by Margaret Sanger, an overt racist who lived by the mantra that all "lessers" should either be killed off at birth or locked away forever so that the gene pool would not be contaminated. Planned Parenthood has over 800 clinics across the nation. 75% of those clinics are in minority communities. Blacks are 12% of the US population, but account for most of the national abortions. Blacks are the only minority in this country whose population is in decline. By the year 2038, the black election vote will not even matter anymore. This is to say nothing about the concerted birth control effort through oral contraceptives. And this is just one of the means at the disposal of those who seek to destroy the black race. Here is an interesting tie-in: Since the mid-60's, Planned Parenthood has issued an annual Margaret Sanger Award to "individuals of distinction in recognition of excellence and leadership in furthering reproductive health and reproductive rights". A few past recipients of this award? MLK, LBJ, Jane Fonda, Hillary Clinton, and Ted Turner. I don't think I need to tell you what ties all of those people together.
