I photographed a wedding on Saturday and it snowed like mad, I will post some photos at some point but here is one of the vicar waiting for the late bride who was running late because of the snow

Thank you... I still prefer the black & white.... but I am a sucker for black & white sometimes especially with snow

Nice photo, but I would have liked to see more arch and less white snow.

Actually the whole arch was there, I cropped it like that just for effect to show more snow on the ground and I suppose to make it more 'edgy' if that makes sense. I have uploaded a different crop. My wife preferred this crop, I cannot decide

Thank you, yeah I did try that to.... maybe I should put the full un-cropped version and see what people can come up with

It really comes down to what the subject of your photo is. If it's the snow then the first crop is the best. If it's the church then you want the peak of the steeple to be shown. If it's the vicar then a portrait shot focuses on him more.

Just my opinion though.
