Message: <blockquote data-quote="Jonathan" data-source="post: 258777" data-attributes="member: 17183"><p>And I miss her, but I'm cool with that.  I don't expect to be always on.  I'm surprised how much the weather is a contributory factor and I want to nail how I can take interesting photos in whatever light.  I think B&W, or selective, may be a winter project as I like the dramatic impact they can bring to even the drabbest snap.  I spent an hour or so indoors today playing with macro, extension tubes and TCs but no keepers.  I quite like that as it helps me learn how to use all the crap I've bought.  I think I need to learn more about composing the equivalent of a still life rather than just snapping the moment.  And I still have all my astrophotography to play with, not to mention portraiture ...</p></blockquote><p></p>
