Is there a problem with the Marketplace? I can only see the Archive - or have I missed an announcement.

There are 2 links for the Marketplace. If you go to this link which is the main link on the forum, you will see the posts. No one has used it lately.
At the top of that link is a link to the Archived Marketplace listed as For Sale Archive.
