What caught my eye initially was the rusty metal shelving (what photographer doesn't love rusty metal, amiright or amiright??). The two tarnished silver-plate bowls on the bottom shelf were already in place, but I felt there was too much negative space at the top and I was really feeling this shot in "portrait". To fill some of that negative space I added the six silver-plated cups. I moved everything around until I got a certain rhythm and then took the shot. Processing-wise I didn't really do much. I corrected the WB, dropped the exposure, added some tonal contrast, some vibrance, a 5:7 crop and a touch of sharpening. I wish there was a more interesting story to tell!</blockquote>
