Now because 1. i was on the stairs and 2. I had the tray full of breakables I tensed up when I sneezed.  By the time I got to the bottom I could barely hold the tray with my right hand and had a pain in the shoulder like I have never had before.  I thought I had perhaps just slightly pulled a muscle but following a visit to the doc's and a scan they found I have a herniated disc at C7 and it is going to need an operation as still a couple of months later ( after having twice had a 4 inch needle stuck in my neck to inject cortisone ) I have little sensation in my right arm.  So BE WARNED loosen up when you sneeze.</p></blockquote><p></p>
