Hi. I just purchased a D40x with 6k shutter actuations. I am in the process of testing its resolution limits and overall imaging properties to see how deserving it is of its X branding.
I shoot only in RAW using select prime lenses. Complex real-world scenes are the test subjects, and the images I have taken so far show promise.
I also intend to use this camera as a small and light always with me camera if it proves to be the one.
We will see.
