Tamron AF 18-200mm

Hi Don...I had the Tamron 28-200mm on my D50 as a walk around lens, It did a pretty good job..

I haven't used the 18-200mm but assume it would be better then the Tamron I had....

The two you have probably have better IQ than the one. The best walk around Dx I had was the Nikon 16-85vr, but it depends on your shooting habits.

I had one of the Tamron's on a Canon it was ok but I would rather buy a Nikon 18-105mm for a similar amount of money its a nicer lens. My wife for a while had the Sigma 18-200 on a D80 and we preferred what we got off it to the Tamron. However there is a lot to be said for having all that range in one lens, no lens changes so you always have access to the focal length. A lot of it depends on what you shoot and how big you print, if its less than 10x8/A4 its probably not much of an issue in the iq dept as long as you can get rid of distortions in post.
