But one thing I've been trying to achieve is to get the look of pictures from the 50's and 60's, with muted colors and somewhat of a haze over the entire picture. I absolutely love the look of these pictures and I wondered if anyone knew how I could get a similar effect either by changing the settings on my DSLR or doing something in post production, or do I need to actually buy a medium format camera to get that look.
