Synchronize photo slideshow?

Hi, I was wondering if any one knew of a good iPad app that would allow me to Create a slideshow With music Then synchronize the photos with the music for a video? I made one A while back but it wasn't Synchronized, first awesomeaaronsphotography Photo slideshow - YouTube

Not sure about IPad but if you have Windows you can use Windows Movie Maker. I have done that in the past and it works pretty good and it is free.
