I like that little boat on the left. It is not too far away. What I would have done just by way of suggestion is move to your left a bit so that the boat becomes just to the left of the sun as it rises just for foreground interest and place the sun itself just off to the right on the 2/3rds mark. That would have been cool. But otherwise a pretty dramatic sun outline.

Lovely moment it time captured here, but as mentioned the sun in the middle is not helping the composition. If the original has enough resolution I would look a cropping a lot of the sky and the right third . Also the image see seems a bit under exposed, easily remedied in PP.

Nice! Rule of 2/3s could have set this apart! Potentially you could crop this as suggested above...
