Suggestions for Monopod with tilt/rotating head ?

Need suggestions for a monopod with a tilt/rotating head so the camera can be rotated 90 degrees when needed. Will also need to be a taller model as I'm a good 6'1". Thanks.

I have a Sirui monopod that I like a lot. I haven't found a head that I like yet. They fluid heads I have are too large. They work on the monopod but are cumbersome to transport. Having trouble finding a good smooth fluid head with a fairly small footprint.
