Suggestions Creating a Blog / Photo Site

Folks I need some advice. I want to put up a blog/website up that contains some of the stuff I write with my photos, but it has to be fairly simple. Part of my issues relate to anxiety and I can really get wrapped around the axle about stuff if it gets to complicated. I could use some suggestions the best approach... or at least a place to get started. I get stuck in analysis paralysis very easily. What do you guys use? Who would you recommend.

I have been thinking about this for a while, but I have just been kind of stuck. I could use a nudge.
