If so, as you noticed in your sample photos for this lens, the depth of field at F1.8 is very shallow and you viewfinder is displaying the image wide open at F1.8. You might try another slower lens to set your diopter, say something around F4.0. I don't know what other lenses you have since you have not completed your user profile. Also, if you have your diopter set so the info/settings etc are sharp you really should be good to go. I have never seen an issue where the info is sharp and the image in the viewfinder is NOT sharp.</p></blockquote><p></p>
