The absolute worst time of day for any picture taking. The place is too far away to get there early and can't wait for good light because it closes at 3:30
.
I like to use aperture priority and was taking some macro shots the night before and was trying to eliminate camera movement, so the ISO was cranked up. I like to keep the ISO in the 100~200ish range normally.....OK....couple that with the fact that there were other people waiting their turn for this vantage point to take pictures and then add in the fact that I couldn't find the ISO setting without my reading glasses...the thing was turning into a fire drill ...I just wanted to get out of the way! I was lucky to get what I did. :redface-new:
