I have heard that sometimes the tips are divided equally among all the staff and not the one who waited on me. I tip based on service. Really bad service my not get anything or just a very small tip just so they know i just did not forget. Decent base service gets 15%. If my tea glass does not get empty during the entire meal they get 18%. If the waitress flirts with me and gives great service it goes to 20%. Once in a while I will go 25% but the meal and service has to be above and beyond.</p></blockquote><p></p>
