Yeah, looks like a pretty good deal. Looks like everything you'd need to start out with is certainly there. However, shop around. This isn't the only place offering good deals on home studio startup kits. Try this place. I do most of my studio gear shopping here, and they have excellent service and prices.

Check out cowboy studios. I've had pretty good luck from there. Never ordered from Rakuten, but looks pretty good.
