From Datacolor's support site, it sounds like there could be a problem with user access rights on the Spyder app after upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10, but reinstalling the app should correct that.
I'm a Mac guy, but from what I can tell our Spyder 4 Pro should also work with Windows 10.

The upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 did not affect my Spyder 4 Pro software at all. It still functions 100%.
Also if worse comes to worse, There is dispcalGUI that is supposed to work with the Spyder hardware/sensors.
Win8 works fine, So I would assume it would work like "Canadia-Nikon".

Thanks for the very helpful replies - I bought a new desktop PC running Windows 10 yesterday and can confirm the Spyder 4 PRO installed and functions perfectly.
