I'm using "New Posts" <http://nikonites.com/search.php?do=getnew&contenttype=vBForum_Post> as a bookmark. On that page, for the thread above that I couldn't access, I clicked on "Comments" which is the forum where the thread is located. That link is out to the right here:

I'm pretty geeky, but I can't figure this one out - There's either a bug or something I'm not seeing in the permissions settings in the software. In the case of the above article, there is a thread and a article page. They are treated as separate entities with their own set of permissions. Can you see other articles like this one? http://nikonites.com/content/118-welcome-nikonites.html
You shouldn't see the comments forum on the main page because the context is directly related to the articles on the main page.

I was able to get into the non-article version of the thread mentioned above, but not the article version.
Curious that "Comments" is a hyperlink as shown in the screen shot above, but it's not supposed to be "clickable"?
I am on several other vBulletin forums and viewing "New Posts" does not give me these problems. Also, the only thing I see there on "New Posts" is new posts in the forums - no articles or comments, whatever those are.

Hi Bridget - this is because you only have one post in the forum (this one). 5 are required to upload to the gallery. This was put in place to promote activity in the forum.
I'm sorry the system is giving you a hard time. Try hitting f5 on the upload page. I also manually changed something on your account. Hopefully one of those will fix the problem.

You should be able to see the section although it is not yet complete. Products will be added within the next week.
