I sent it in with the required information and a copy of my receipt along with my card and they received it on January 11th according to the tracking number. As of the 14th of February I had not heard anything so I called to get an update and told them that I really needed it. I talked with a gentleman named Francisco and he said that he would check on it and call me back the same day. In fact he did call me back and said that they would send it out the next day and overnight it to me and I would have it before noon on Saterday and it arrived around 10:00 this morning, Saturday Feb. 16th. I was originally dissapointed by the length of time but was amazed at Francisco and how he corrected the problem. He also sent me an email letting me know a brand new card had been sent and also went the extra step and called me to let me know that it was shipped and was sent overnight. I am now very impressed with Sony Media service and cannot say enough good about Francisco and how he handled my problem. Many thanks, Sony!!!!!</p></blockquote><p></p>
