Message: <blockquote data-quote="sonicbuffalo_RIP" data-source="post: 795591" data-attributes="member: 21543">Our grandkids and son, who is in the Army, are coming to see us today.  John Paul, our son, has just been notified that he has been promoted to E-7 within the next several months.  He has been in the Army for over 15 years, almost 16 years.  He has been in a training school for future E7's, and will be here this afternoon.  We are likely going golfing tomorrow. Our daughter and grandkids are also coming to spend the weekend with us.  They are visiting from Lumberton, NC, just a few hours south of us.  We try to see them as often as possible.  They are really growing.  We should have a great weekend.</blockquote>
