[QUOTE="hrstrat57, post: 410532, member: 27586"] Since some very respected posters appear to be enjoying the shots how about a few more? Interesting thing to note....this gym just put in an LED ribbon display. I had no idea how much it would influence the exposure at near court level! Nearly impossible to shoot M and get a constant exposure with the LED ribbon display constantly changing. I quickly realized A was the way to go and I bumped the ISO up from the 4000 shot in the last session upstairs to 5000. As a result and as you can see some of these could use a bit more processing! Not shooting pro so posting them as is......I'm still pretty happy with the results. I rediscovered how hard it is to shoot F /2.8 with a pro lens....unlike the shots taken with the 70-300VR I experienced a few focus misses due to the limited DOF of the 80-200 AF ED F/2.8! I probably need to play with a few different focus metering choices to get the hit percentage up. Unfortunately one of the misses was the key play of the game down the stretch, a big block with less than a minute to go by Hassan Martin. Yep, backfocused!!
