It's not <em>difficult</em>, it just takes a minute; so if speed of changing your modifier is of the essence you might want to consider another option. I really like the <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Westcott-Rapid-Beauty-Deflector-Plate/dp/B00G4S4PKS" target="_blank">Wescot Octabox</a> with the beauty dish, but it's more than I want to spend at the moment. </p><p></p><p>As for swivels I've been very happy with these <a href="https://www.amazon.com/LumoPro-LP633-Compact-Umbrella-Variable/dp/B00NGPH9P0/ref=pd_sim_421_1?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00NGPH9P0&pd_rd_r=5XHDX2A7GDMTB5XR8JNG&pd_rd_w=w7x5q&pd_rd_wg=gnYFY&psc=1&refRID=5XHDX2A7GDMTB5XR8JNG" target="_blank">LumoPro LP633's</a>, but many people prefer the <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Manfrotto-Swivel-Lite-Tite-Umbrella-Adapter/dp/B000JLO6OG/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1504130225&sr=1-1" target="_blank">Manfrotto 026</a> instead.</p></blockquote><p></p>
