I live right next to the ocean so the snow usually melts by the time it reaches our area.Road trip would be nice as long as you rent a car or van from the military base since they provide toll tickets. Toll roads here in Japan can be expensive. Temperature this time of the year has been surprisingly warmer than the previuos years.
