I do have the manual control option selected in the menu. The aperture does seem to be manually controllable; however, it seems that the shutter speed is locked.  I know that most pro video cameras have limited options for shutter speed because they rarely change it so Nikon might have it locked. I can still change the setting and number does seem to change on the display but the exposure doesn't actually seem to change at all in the video. ISO sensitivity does seem to have some effect. Also does anybody know what the bit rates are for the different video resolutions? Where can I find this information because I can't ever seem to find it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
