Shipping issues resolved…(Was this where ……. drops the ball)

That is a sizable sale they won't want to lose so customer satisfaction is essential. I hope the correct the error and get your Camera to you that has to be excruciating waiting...surely dealing with photographers they have to understand the agony of it all right?
