Second adapter for reverse lens macro

Hi All,
I am new to this site and this is my first question.

I have just got hold of an adapter to reverse my 18-55mm kit lens to do a little macro photography and am happy enough with the results. I want to attach a Macro Ring LED and wondered if there was such a thing as an adapter to convert the back of the lens back to thread so I can screw in the LED ring please?

And if there is such a thing what is it called?

Thanks for any help,
Simon.

Welcome to the forum. I don't know if there are such adapters, but one way to do it is the old Nikon K extension tube set, available on Ebay

nikon k extension tube | eBay

This old set had five tubes. K1 fit the camera bayonet mount. K2 fit it and provided 52mm screw threads. K3 and K4 were extension tubes with the 52 mm thread on both sides (10 and 20mm long, optional use). Then (the point here) K3 adapted the 52 mm thread to a bayonet mount to hold a lens. So, you could put the K3 on the lens to have 52 mm male threads on it. Lenses have female filter threads, so I am not sure 52mm male threads will help? Accessories might be hard to find?

Don't pay antique collector prices, look for a junk price.

Note this K extension tube set is about fifty years old, and is not AI compatible, and there is said to be danger to the camera electrical contacts if you mount K1 to the modern camera body. But the contacts on the lenses are in the clear.
