If it still makes the duplicates, maybe a reset to factory settings is the way to go. Are the file times the same? If they are the same I would think it happened for sure in-camera. Try the format, maybe the reset if you don't mind losing all your settings. If the file times are different, then something on your pc might be misbehaving and copying images back to the card. maybe an automatic import whose destination is the card itself. Just a wild guess there. You could also try locking the sd card before inserting in your pc.</blockquote>
