The Sb come with a plastic stand, it have a screw tread under, but all made of plastic. I saw some people using it on a stand to hold the flash. Is it safe, or something better is available.

The advantage of the furnished plastic stand is that it allows the flash to stand up alone on a table top.

But for a light stand, there are many better choices. My strong preference is the Stroboframe 300:

These two choices are the same shoe, both very usable, and it holds like a vise. Both have the metal 1/4 inch treads in bottom. The "general purpose" choice includes a large knob, usable in some situations, remove it on a light stand. The other choice includes a bottom pin to prevent it rotating on a flash bracket, which is easily removed for use on a light stand instead.

The SB-900 foot was slightly thicker than some, and not all brands of shoes will accept it. The Stroboframe shoe will accept it.

Would those fitt together? And what size the screw hole should be at bottom of the manfrotto?

Yes, the shoe will fit on the Manfrotto mount. See the "In The Box" tab in your link... There are two of the brass studs included with umbrella mounts.. the loose one that is shown with male threads, and one with female treads currently shown in the top. You take that top one out, and replace it with the male threads, and then you have the 1/4 inch tread to mount the flash shoe. The female threads could be used in the bottom, for example to hold it on a tripod screw. Both studs offer both 1/4 and 3/8 inch threads, turn it the way to provide what you need.

However, without any stud in the bottom, it will directly fit on a regular 5/8 inch stand mount, instead of using the bottom stud. You could still use the bottom stud, but none is needed or used on a regular light stand. The stud is just a 5/8 inch mount, and a light stand with same regular mount will be more secure than if also using the separate stud and thread.

The mount is good even if not using an umbrella, because it will allow the bare flash to be pointed downward. Otherwise there is no way to tilt the head downward. But the umbrella is the best feature.

Sorry, I don't really know. I am not familiar with that brand, but probably you are correct, because under Specs, it does say

Mounting
Transmitter: Locking hot shoe
Receiver: Locking shoe with 1/4"-20 thread

You're on your own, this is all I know about it. :) It does appear to say you do not need the shoe if you use this trigger.

Long story, but I have the Yongnuo RF-603N II, which is a similar trigger, but it uses two identical units, either can be transmitter or receiver, so the bottom has to be a full foot, so no 1/4 inch thread is possible on it. But your version has a receiver only, so the hole should be possible, and it claims to have it.

Off camera flash with slave and umbrella I use 6 of these in my flash bag

if you bought the vello then oh well but if you didnt Id recommend you go with the YN603II . your transmitter wont let you mount a flash on the camera, unless you use some pc cord and some velcro rubber band with it. its very useful to have a flash on the camera at times while having off camera as fill.
