Hey everyone, first time posting here. My extreme frustration let to here...
I have a D700+grip and solely use a SB-910 when needed. 95% of the time its used during weddings along side my dated 28-70 f2.8.
It seems that when my camera is resting with hot batteries my flash will start to rapid fire uncontrollably for short periods. Not long after my infrared auto focus will simple stop working. Then I have to dismount my grip/lens/flash and remove ALL batteries, once everything is back together it seems to work...but only until the batteries warm up again.
I'm not sure if this problem is all in the flash head or if its related to the body...yet as I type this I'm putting my money on the head itself.
Anyone experienced anything like this? Any help is appreciated.
