During that time the software was a bit random as to whether it performed a daily backup but I lived with that. Almost monthly it would come up with a message saying out of space on my unlimited account. I would email them and service would resume.Last week I noticed no backups had happened for two weeks so I manually invoked one but nothing happened. I contacted them and they said my last upload had breached their daily fair use policy. Perhaps if they actually backed up daily that wouldn't happen.
