Beautiful photos! :)

I'm on the east coast, and we are in a state of emergency. More than half the homes in this county are without power plus many other counties are heavily affected, too. There are power companies coming in from Canada and neighboring states to help out. They are saying it won't be until the end of the weekend before power is restored--lots of downed limbs must be addressed before lines can be fixed.

It's nice to see some photos where there's nice weather! ;)

Do you guys have portable generators for emergency purposes? This is a similar situation from last year especially in NYC.

Excellent galery. To walk amongst them as they shed their blossoms must be rapturous. Will also post our dogwoods for you when they bloom this spring. have an old print I will post today. They too look best in pink.

We don't have a generator as of right now, but it's something I want to look into. We went through Hurricane Sandy for 5 days without any power, and it wasn't fun. Fortunately we have power so far with this storm although parts of this neighborhood are out.

I had a generator, but got rid of it. I have a gas fireplace to keep the house warm. The beer stays cold just fine in the garage!

One of the friendliest and arguably safest countries in Asia.

They showed a lot of cherry blossoms from the movie 47 Ronin.

How come everyone blames Canadians for snow! We're not the only country with snow but we do pull off the parka and tuque look with style :)
