My mom got some roses and I had put them to a GOOD use. I believe there is some noise in the photo.

Tried sharpening and using selective colour on the red rose to hide the out-of-focusness. Hope you don't mind.

Like others said, focus. Good idea, just a little practice and you will pull it off. Selective color is the edit above and works sometimes, just depends on the story you want to tell with your picture.
