Rogue Flash Bender

Playing with my new flash and reading around the subject of flash photography I understand the need/desire to direct the flash in different directions to achieve the goals you are looking for. Be that a diffuser or a piece of black card taped to your flash. With that in mind and wanting a reusable solution I saw the Rogue Flash Bender.
Does anybody have one? What are your thoughts? Do I really need one?
Thanks
Lee

My only problem is the weight is a bit much for my SB-600, and won't stay in place once I start moving the camera around. When it's still, however, things are fine.

I have the Honl version but I only use it for studio work to illuminate the background or use it as hair highlight.

Can you provide illumination photos of what it actually achieves? eg with and with out it.

Thanks all, I can see one arriving on the doorstep soon.
Joe had seen your photos on Flickr, one of the reasons I asked on here if anybody else was using one.

I have the small Flashbender and I really like it. I do not use it often, but when I need it, it is nice to have it handy..

I have used it formed to a snoot to direct light, as a deflector to keep light spill away from where it is not wanted etc.

No complaints other than pricey... (may make a couple like jacks!) :) I do not regret my purchase and there were videos on youtube I think showing applications ...
