Message: <blockquote data-quote="Robin W" data-source="post: 846589" data-attributes="member: 44436">We went to Murrell's Inlet SC last month and I saw this Osprey diving into a group of bait fish.  The fish are about 15 in long.  This osprey didn't catch one fish, not even two fish but THREE fish.  I read in the Audubon magazine this type of fish, Menhaden, is the preferred fish for osprey and they are being fished so much that their numbers have decreased so much as to endanger the osprey on Chesapeake Bay.  It did not seem to be a problem at Murrell's Inlet.  The second picture is of part of a group of the bait fish.[ATTACH=full]430097[/ATTACH][ATTACH=full]430098[/ATTACH]</blockquote>
