Retweeters of Copyright Image Sued

Dennis is a moron who enjoys wasting the time and money of other people.
Go after the company who used your image for sure, but anything beyond that is absurd.

DIY Photography also shared the image in this article, guess they will be sued next...

Sounds to me like Dennis got himself an attorney who figured out a way to turn a mole hill of a case (amounting to a paralegal typing up a standard Cease and Desist letter) into a mountain of potential litigation and, I'm sure, of billable hours in the process.

I could further speculate this attorney might also be on the receiving end of a substantial percentage of any monetary compensation awarded to his client.

But hey... What do I know?

The Alamo itself is pretty picky about pictures inside it, so my first thought was that it was them doing the suing. I think they don't want people to know how small it is. They yelled at a coworker when she held up her smartphone to take a picture.

Even as a child, my first visit to the Alamo left me with exactly that reaction.

When I visited it, they said they didn't want the light to degrade the structure. Strange, considering they let kids treat it like a jungle-gym.
