Recommendation On Bag for D3100 & 18-55 zoom lens, and 55-200 zoom lens

I found a like-new Lowepro 200AW on ebay for $30. It was one of the smarter decisions I've made. The zippers are smooth and strap is comfortable. Extras like the built-in rain cover and attached lens cleaner were some very clever accessories. Good luck with your choice, and enjoy your camera. You should look at the vanguard uprise 34. Its fits my d3100 with 35mm mounted, 18-55mm, 55-200mm, sb400 flash and a few small knick nacks. It is a sling bag and comes with a rain cover.

What I like best is the side access panel to pull out my dslr. I then turn the bag in front of me and rest my elbow on it so I don't have use my monopod.

It has lasted me two years. I have since purchased a d7000 and a few more lens and needed a backpack with two straps to distribute the weight. I got a vanguard adaptor 48.

Every now and then I will still use my uprise when all I have is my d7000 with only my 50mm.

Being able to use the bag as sort of a mount is priceless. Please go to a store and try it out. I don't work for vanguard but I do love that dang uprise 34.

I will try to take pictures tonight or tomorrow morning after the baseball game.
