Raynox UAC3500 universal adapter

I know some Nikon Coolpix P520 users are using this adapter for macro

I wonder Can I use this adapter with all 67mm filters ?

or just for the macro lens ?

I need filter Adapter for Nikon P520 I found some adapters on ebay and amazon

but I'm not sure it's working safely and properly
