Well smart phones today are fast replacing laptops..
Tablets are getting more powerful too..
Google seems to be one step ahead, so am guessing this is a sorta looking into the future of computing & photography combined.. maybe..
wat's the harm in getting the foot in first? maybe that's what google is thinking.. and they maybe right too
