More and more, parkland around Toronto, especially on the Lake Front, is becoming accessible to only those who can afford to pay the parking!&nbsp; When I called to ask why, I was told by a Brain Washed attendant that it is to ensure emergency vehicles have access to the waterfront in case of an emergency, like a drowning.&nbsp; You figure this answer out, I am stumped.I find policing like this distasteful and offensive.</blockquote>
