This location for QUICK TICKETS is at the BOTTOM OF A HILL, a long, steep hill that goes over a bridge.&nbsp; This spot is the very bottom.&nbsp; The hill reverses behind me.A RADAR TRAP AT THE BOTTOM OF A HILL IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE.&nbsp; Well not quite no where, but there are no schools, mostly apartment and condo complexes you don't see and a cemetery, again behind me.These tactics and photo radar really get my dander up.Why not...
