I am doing a photoshoot for a fitness instructor at a gym and am looking for a few pointers I plan on using the 70-200(2.8) instead of the 24-70, does that make sense? I would like to be able to isolate the subject better, most likely using length between 80-120 depending on the amount of space. As far as lighting I only have a hotshoe flash and a wireless controller, I also have a home made reflector for the flash to soften the light(link). The idea is to play around with heights and have the flash at about 45 degrees to the subject, can I buy some inexpensive additions that will allow me to get better light. I would like to get shots close to this(good case) Thanks
