I just bought the Nikon D3100, my first DSLR. I'm going through the setup and changing some defaults (per anothers recommendation). In the shooting menu, "set picture control" is grayed out so I can't go into it and when I push ok it says "this option is not available with current settings". Any clue as to what setting I may have it in that is not allowing me to enter this? Also, is there a way to have the screen with options stay on longer? Thanks
