Ok need some feedback. Purchase this from the Apple app store or go with the store copy? Still looking for a good software package (over and above iPhoto) and I have a $100 gift card from Apple. Was looking at Intensify (see earlier post) and it is still in contention. Just looking for something that will be worth the $80 they are asking for it. Thanks

I don't see how it would matter which way you go unless you like the box from the store copy. Online delivery is immediate gratification. I'd go with whichever costs less.

You get more from the Adobe purchase.. less from the Apple app.
Depends on what you need with it.

Would suggest elements anyway.. Intensify is relatively new and fits not have the kind of support our learning material availability as elements.. Imo elements is a better product any way.. Use the apple coupon and get it in the Apple store

If you don't use 3rd party apps with PSE11 then definitely use your coupon
Don't quote me... its been a while, but from what I remember about the Apple store version... It doesn't come with the organizer ( not a selling point for me anyway ) and I believe it won't let you use 3rd party apps like Nik collection. Could be a version change though. I was using PSE9 I think. Just something else to check out.

I have elements 11 and I am no expert but am happy with the results so far. I think anyone who is more familiar with this sort of software would get a lot out of it.

(Now don't go scurrying off to see my photos - as that will NOT help - it is a work in progress)

Since PSE12 is out, a price of $80 seems rather steep for PSE11.
