I think it's interesting that several of us think we need to travel to accomplish this. It's going to be challenging because it's going to make us have to look at our own backyard sometimes with new eyes. Here's how I plan to approach the project. I'm making a list of possible subjects to photograph so I don't have to wrack my brain when I get up in the morning--I think it's easy enough to come up with at least 10. When I pick the project, I write it on the calendar. After I shoot and review the photos, I'll pick the best and next to best, place the best in an A-file, second-best in B-file, and the rest in my 365 day folder. If I'm happy with the results, I cross the subject off the list, or I modify it and add it to the list. e.g. if my subject is "my horses galloping in the field", and I get the shot I like, I may modify it to "my horses galloping through the snow" (and wait for snow). If I cross it off the list, I add another in its place so I always have a pool to pick from. For me the list is going to be critical because I can easily procrastinate. I think if I pretend that this is a list of assignments from National Geographic, I'll have more get up and go. Then I can wait for my "pretend money" to come in. Best Regards
